It always seems to be consistently crowded, even on weeknights though the crowds are not as big as say at Central is a new mall, 5-6 years at the oldest so the building is very new, very spacious and bright. All of the usual tenants you can expect in a mall are here. There seems to be a lot more cafes here for people to sit around and hang out. Most recently they have added a Japanese section called Takeshita Street consisting of this mall they use the OVO electronic payment system. Do make sure to ask how the payment system will work when youâ€™re parking. If you donâ€™t, youâ€™ll find to your surprise that the parking booths are not manned. I personally always cab here. Its arrogant, unhelpful, rude, unfriendly and impolite Lippo Mall's CS staffs2. Its weird PPS3. Lack of SIGNAL, even their provided wifi is useless. The mall expected us to pay the parking with OVO but how if there is no signal at all?Now this mall also being a cheapskate, asked people to spend Rp500k,- then another Rp50k,- to get Disney's Frozen Sling Bag. Hmm.. Anyway, today my friend and I had no choice, but to go to Lippo Mall Puri. I bought a pair of shoes from one of the store and headed to the VIP Lounge on the second floor to redeem the SBWB I met the most arrogant, rude, unfriendly CS named Ana. Since the beginning, she looked annoyed and not friendly at all. I just ignored her attitude and still try being nice. Then, she said, "I'll keep the receipt."Me "Sorry, I still need it. The store gave us 30 days return policy too."Ana arrogantly "Actually you can not take the receipt the rule."Me confused "Sorry, but usually if you guys need it then you'll copy it."Ana still arrogantly and being defensive "No. it's the rule. Next time keep that in mind because we are all going to take it if you want to join the SBWB Lifestyle."Me "That's super weird. The other staff never say that and they usually just copy it when I said NO."Ana raise her voice "What's weird? it's the rule. just follow the rule"Me "Weird because it's my first time to hear and experince this. The other malls, the other lippo malls did not do that."Ana arrogantly and mocking tone "That's the rule. Do not compare with other malls."Me "Fine then. No need. I don't use it anyway."She just ignored me and proceed the process then gave me the receipt back with rude attitude. Not even a left the mall and called the management office. Received by Dina, who promised to tell her supervisor in charge and asked my phone number. So, her supervisor could call I got called from Mr. Zsorry, I can't remember even pronounce his name. I told him everything and he promised he will investigate this matter. However, I don't really like this mall because it enforced me to pay parking spot with OVO which isn't user mall is also quite too big. But by the time the other part is open for public , this mall became very big, there are a lot food stall and restaurant , they just open miniso few months back. Parking is nightmare for weekend if you come at 12 o clock and above. They are using PPS system for parking which is you have to pay the parking ticket first before you leaving.. the barrier will open automatically if you scan your paid ticket.. but you only have 30 minutes from the time you pay the ticket until you scan your ticket at the exit barrier. Overall this mall is very confinient for eating haha .. oh ya this mall have very limited atm machine .. and very bad cellphone signal. This mall tenant most of them accomodate OVO so pay attention to the cashback ,the mall also have wifi supported by 1stmedia which is you can't really depend on it ..
